OKX USDT deposit and withdrawal graphic tutorial (including network selection)
The most common issue with USDT deposits and withdrawals is not the amount — it is the network. Remember this rule: the sending network must match the receiving network.
Deposit Process
- Go to the OKX Assets page and select “Deposit”
- Choose USDT as the token
- Select the network (e.g., TRC20) and copy the deposit address
- Go to the external wallet or platform and initiate the transfer — the network must match
Withdrawal Process
- Go to the OKX Assets page and select “Withdraw”
- Enter the receiving address and amount
- Select the network supported by the recipient
- Complete security verification and submit
Common Mistakes and How to Handle Them
- Wrong network selected: Contact the receiving platform’s support and provide the TxID for investigation
- Address copied incorrectly: Stop all further actions immediately and verify the full address
- Slow arrival: Check the number of on-chain confirmations first, then review the receiving platform’s crediting rules
If you transfer frequently, stick to 1-2 networks you are familiar with to reduce the chance of errors.
